The best of both worlds. 60% of Specialty Grade Arabica meets 40% of Fine Robusta to create a heavy bodied cup with lots of chocolate and some delicate sweetness and balanced acidity. Our Signature Roast Profile for this coffee has been crafted over time to merge the two coffees together, and give it it’s name. The ideal blend, specially designed for the traditional Phin, Espresso, French Press, Moka Pot or Cold Brew or even as Pour Over. This coffee invites you to explore and try different brewing methods to discover new layers of taste. A very versatile coffee and therefore our current best seller. We recommend brewing this coffee by any method you could think of and tell us, if you can find a way to make this coffee taste bad.
