The Red Honey Arabica – Light Roast – processed by Zanya Coffee in Langbiang
This Light-Roast version of our Red Honey unlocks the powerful and unique taste of the Langbiang terroir in a vibrant fassion. We capture the acidity together with the lingering, complex sweetness and Blackberry flavours. The body of this coffee reminds of Black Tea almost, with a Pine Wood note to it. A smooth and sweet berry-like & milk chocolate aftertaste makes this coffee very enjoyable. We recommend to brew this coffee by filter. (V60 / Chemex / Kalita / Aeropress) In case you prefer a more subtle acidity and a richer body, we recommend the Medium Roast of this same coffee, produced by Zanya.
