Our Fine Robusta PHIN Roast has an gentle sweetness which is acquired through the honey fermentation process. Caramelizing those delicate natural sugars during the roast results in a toffee-like flavour which pairs great with the hazelnut, almond and dried fruit notes of this Bean. This balanced and flavourful cup can be enjoyed black, hot or iced and it also offers the perfect base for a refreshing cà phê sữa đá. (Iced Milk Coffee). We recommend brewing by Phin, French Press or Filter
